Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Media Culture and Communication Theory
Julia Gantenberg is completing her doctorate in the field of communication and media studies with a focus on science communication. Since 2008 she is a research associate in the Sonderforschungsbereich SFB / TR 8 Spatial Cognition at the University of Bremen. There she is also responsible for communications and public relations. Previously, she completed her degree in communication science, political science and sociology at the RWTH Aachen with her master’s thesis "Interdisciplinarity as chance for a successful transfer of knowledge? A project at RWTH Aachen University to overcome barriers in the expert-laic-communication".
