New working paper by ZeMKI Visiting Research Fellow Prof. Dr. Phoebe V. Moore: "Problems in protections for working data subjects: Becoming strangers to ourselves"

Prof Moore's research paper addresses the complexity in worker protections, when privacy and data law are weighted towards consumer, rather than working data subjects.

The main argument of the paper is that the AI Act draft is insufficient, and the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI), puts workers' agency and dignity at stake. The paper is published as part of the working paper series "Communicative Figurations" and can be downloaded via following link: Phoebe V Moore: Problems in protections for working data subjects: Becoming strangers to ourselves
