Reset your password online
If you still remember the username, you can reset the password online with the help of a security question.
To set up the security question for the first time, you need a scan of your passport or ID card as an image file:
- please scan only the front side of the identity card (or the page with name and validity)
- you should blacken out the serial and access numbers for security reasons
- please use the formats JPG or PNG. PDFs do not work.
