The ZPA offers you a service center, which is responsible for the degree programs in Faculties 4 to 12 as well as for subjects in teacher education: Here basic or general questions can be clarified in person. However, any content-related questions have to be addressed to the administrative offices in the Faculties.
In the service center you can, among other things:
- Submit bachelor's / master's theses or dissertations
- Submit credit certificates and attendance certificates
- Submit applications (final thesis, recognition of credits, late registration etc.)
The service center can be reached at the times listed below in room B 1028.
Please note that the service center is not able to advise you on matters of program content.
The ZPA is divided into individual offices to which individual degree programs are assigned according to faculty.
The offices are available for you in person and without a personal appiontment during the specified office hours.
Apart from these hours, the Adminstrative offices are also available by telephone.
Please note that during the personal office hours the availability by telephone is limited.
