Funding
As opposed to many comparable programs, the MA International Relations does not charge a tuition fee. Students, however, are expected to cover their living costs.
Funding and Scholarships
Jacobs University and the University of Bremen do not provide scholarships for graduate students.
We strongly urge students to search for funding options timely. Starting to look for funding a year before the program starts is not too early.
This applies in particular to the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) which is especially attractive for potential students of the MA in International Relations.
Here are some websites of German political foundations to help you in your search for scholarships:
Please note that some foundations require that applicants are fluent in German to be able to participate in events and seminars offered by the foundation.
For further scholarships see the database provided by the DAAD.
