Controlling the annual appraisals is crucial in order to assess progress and development within the university. By recording the discussions held, we can ensure that all employees receive the feedback and support they need. In addition, documenting the reasons for interviews not taking place helps us to identify and target potential barriers. Your participation in this survey is therefore of great importance for the continuous improvement of our annual appraisals.

Communication on the feedback on annual appraisals
There may be various reasons why an annual appraisal could not take place.
We would therefore ask you to indicate in the following fields the number of employees with whom an interview was not held for the respective reasons.
