Interkulturelle Bildung
Das Seminar schlägt eine Brücke zwischen Natur- und Kulturpädagogik, zwischen Identitäts- und Teambildung, globalem und individuellen Lernen. Jenseits von ausgetretenen Pfaden nutzen wir wildnispädagogische Methoden zum Entdecken, Erleben und Feiern von Vielfalt.
Dabei greifen wir zurück auf die erfahrenste Lehrmeisterin des Planeten: Die Natur. Sie bietet vielfältige Chancen, fremde Welten zu entdecken und einen gesunden Umgang mit Heterogenität zu entwickeln – sowohl als Erlebnisraum als auch als Quelle der Inspiration. Zum einen geht es um die persönliche Erfahrung, sich auf Neues einzulassen. Zum anderen geht es um die Erkenntnis, dass Vielfalt der Schlüssel zu einem gesunden und lebendigen Miteinander ist.
Mit ganz einfachen Mitteln erkunden wir in diesem unkonventionellen interkulturellen Training spielerisch unsere äußere und innere Natur und lernen "core routines" des Lernens kennen, die von indigenen Kulturen entwickelt wurden. Neben vielen ganz handfesten Spiel- und Lernangeboten bietet sich dabei auch eine neue, frische Perspektive auf pädagogische Grundannahmen – nicht zuletzt im Bereich der Kommunikation.
Die Veranstaltung hat sich als Online-Format bewährt, da es kein reines "Bildschirm"-Seminar ist, sondern während der Blöcke immer wieder Sequenzen mit Einzelübungen im Freien eingeschoben werden. Bei Interesse können zwischen den Blöcken auch Gruppenübungen live durchgeführt werden.
