The ceremony took place at the Teerhof guest house of the University of Bremen on Thursday, June 2, 2022. The award also honors her for her contribution to the communication of economic insights to business practice."

"This award is a great honor for me,” states Professor Caren Sureth-Sloane. “It has always been important to me to make a contribution with my research – to the scientific community and to practice. This special honor means a lot to me and encourages me to continue on this path," she emphasizes.
