Public History

Public History is all about researching and addressing audiences outside of the academic realm of history utilizing both traditional historical skills and unique means of presentation. While studying for a Master’s degree in History, you can specialize in Public History. This area of specialization aims to offer practical experience in the field. The training is focused on enabling a closer reflective approach to the production, presentation, and instrumentalization of history as well as improving and teaching skills that can be used to present, exhibit, or perform history to engage with different audiences in various media.
