Lara Oeltjen finished ger Bachelor's Degree in Organisational Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences (UE) in Hamburg in 2016. She finished her Master's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Psychologische Hochschule Berlin in 2019.

Since October 2023 Lara Oeltjen works as a research assistent at the department for Personlity psychology and psychological diagnostics at the University of Bremen. Her research focus is on Personality development and Life Events.
