Open consultation hours

During walk-in consultation hours, you can simply come to the ZSB without booking an appointment in advance. There may be a wait during busy periods. Please take a queue ticket in the ZSB foyer.

Walk-in consultation hours are as follows:

Monday and Thursday from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm

Tuesday from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm

Online consultation

The online consultation hours take place on Tuesdays from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm. To book an appointment for the online consultation, please click here.

The online consultation takes place via Zoom. Once you have booked, you will automatically receive a link with the access details at the email address you provided. Please therefore check that you have entered your details correctly.
