Thanks to a grant of the State and University Library Bremen, two papers by Michael Rochlitz are now out in open access. The Post-Soviet Affairs article "Property rights in Russia after 2009: from business capture to centralized corruption" (with Anton Kazun and Andrei Yakovlev) is available for download at Taylor&Francis website. The second paper about bureaucratic discrimination against opposition-affiliated entrepreneurs in Russian regions (with Zhenya Mitrokhina and Irina Nizovkina) can be accessed at the European Journal of Political Economy.
