Michael Rochlitz and Ekaterina Paustyan gave an interview to the HSE Look, the official English-language newspaper of the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. At the start of his academic career, Michael spent a year as a postdoc fellow at HSE's International Center for the Study of Institutions and Development (ICSID) under the direction of Andrei Yakovlev, before working for 2 1/2 years at HSE's School of Politics as assistant professor. Now Professor of Institutional Economics at the University of Bremen, he was asked to reflect on his postdoc journey and on the role the Higher School of Economics played in his development as a scholar.

Ekaterina Paustyan spoke about her experience at the HSE's Russian Summer School on Institutional Analysis, about her time as teaching fellow at HSE St. Petersburg, and about her ongoing work at the University of Bremen and as a visiting lecture at HSE St. Petersburg.
