Whether on-site or digitally, the team at the campus branch on the university boulevard speaks to customers as peers. In a relaxed atmosphere, they are on hand to help students with all financial and insurance matters. They travel internationally and conduct one in three conversations in English.
In addition, Sparkasse Bremen has created a new space for innovation in the Hanseatic city with its Campus Space on Universitätsallee, right next to its headquarters. In the approximately 400 m2 space, start-ups and students can meet established companies – in the co-working area, in the UX lab, and at events. Joint programs with the University of Bremen – such as the Bridge Startup Workout and the Career Camp – are regularly held here.
For almost 200 years, Sparkasse Bremen has been investing a significant proportion of its income in the quality of life of Bremen’s citizens. One such area is education and science on location. Every year, it supports the University of Bremen with donations and sponsorships, making numerous activities and projects possible on campus. In addition, Sparkasse Bremen financially supports talented and committed students from Bremen as part of the Deutschlandstipendium (Germany scholarship).
