bremen_service universität (bsu) – What exactly is it?

It is a joint project of the municipality and the University of Bremen.

Our Goal: We want to offer client-oriented public services – easy as can be and nearby.

Our services are aimed at everyone who studies or works at the University of Bremen or at the Bremen Technology Park. When visiting our bsu office, students or employees should present their student or employee ID cards.

Your Advantage: Albeit being small, we are a “proper” registration and migration office (Bürger- und Migrationsamt), which can conclusively process your official matters. In addition, we are conveniently located.

Although we cannot yet process everything, we might be able to point you in the right direction and tell you which institutions or persons might be able to assist you.

Important Note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to book an appointment at the bsu. Clients are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want an appointment at one of the other registration and migration offices, please dial the public administration phone number 115.

Certified and approved – the bsu is a service center for matters related to immigration and registration law for the University of Bremen and the Bremen Technology Park.
