Step by Step Instructions for Hardship Regulations

Step 1: Counselling

Step 2: Application for Exemption from the Obligation to Studying and Working Abroad according to Hardship Regulations (§2 9-11)

Draw up an informal application with a justification for the relevant hardship regulation that applies to you, entitled " Application for Exemption from the Obligation to Stay Abroad". This application must include all relevant and required evidence. You can find more information about this under "Hardship regulations for release from the study abroad obligation" or in the discussions with the above-mentioned persons.

Step 3: Submit to the responsible office of the ZPA/Bachelor Examination Board

The original application signed by the student must be submitted by post to the relevant office of the Central Examination Office. Scanned applications will NOT be accepted!

The office of Faculty 10 is responsible for the profile subject/complementary subject.

For the teacher training option, the office Faculty 12 is responsible.
