The work on European legal policy endeavours to highlight the interdisciplinary lines of connection in order to gain a socially informed perspective on transnational democratisation approaches and to refer to the ideal of a socially just transnational constitutional law committed to human rights and the protection of ecological foundations and addressing fundamental questions of democratic and peaceful governance.
