We offer delicious quark dishes based on low-fat quark from the region. We also serve fresh fruit, which we procure from the Hamburg wholesale market. Our delicacies are rounded off by unusual toppings, which you can choose yourself on-site.

At our pizza food truck, we offer you a variety of Italian pizzas.
The menu ranges from classic salami pizza to Italian specialities. Our pizza dough is vegan and can also be topped with vegan mozzarella as desired.
The pizzas are baked on a special pizza stone from the pizza city of Naples.
