GENTLEMAN

Chirstina Gotz

GENTLEMAN

GENTLEMAN – Known as the country’s first and only A-list reggae ambassador – and not least thanks to his participation in the fourth season of “Sing mein Song” – the reggae artist has made a name for himself far beyond the German music scene.

Now he has released his first German-language album “Blaue Stunde.” The reggae artist describes the result of the creative challenge in which he moves out of his musical comfort zone as “another gimmick.” The striking naturalness and weightlessness he achieves is amazing – and this goes beyond just the linguistic switchover!

iL Civetto

The Berlin-based band il Civetto has reinvented itself in the spirit of pop – and global pop, too!

Their universal melting pop breaks with Western cultural dominance and draws its energy from the open experimental laboratories of the Berlin techno scene. The energy and beats of Berlin’s nightlife are transformed into big pop by means of a rock band. Hypnotic beats and melodies electrify the air.
Il Civetto’s career so far: a game by its own rules.

Alex Ruthless

"Even though I'm a child of the '90s, that's how I inhaled all the hits of the past decades at an early age."
As a passionate dancer and musician himself, Alex knows how important the right music is for the mood and atmosphere.

Having performed at several well-known events!
He will play only the best tunes for you as the Open Campus draws to a close.

Andi Pontanus

Florian Wintels

Things get so high-speed and high-class when the “word virtuoso” (Deutschlandfunk) takes to the stage that he works the audience up into a frenzy in no time at all. Florian Wintels from Bad Bentheim, current German-speaking champion in the Poetry Slam, three-time regional champion for Lower Saxony and Bremen, sings songs, tells stories, and performs poetry. Wintels brings so much intensity and energy to the stage that the quick-witted performer isn’t the only one who works up a sweat by the end of his session.

Lina Klöpper

Lina Klöpper

Lina Klöpper from Leipzig, author, poetry slammer, and presenter, is a three-time champion of the German-language championships and a two-time Saxony Poetry Slam champion. Klöpper processes personal experiences and socially critical issues, such as the experiences of women and queer people. Her message often only really hits home once you’ve finished laughing!

Aidin Halimi

Aidin Halimi

Aidin Halimi was born and raised in Iran, emigrated to Germany as a teenager, and now lives in Berlin. Starting out as a German teacher, Halimi is now a poetry slammer, writer, and comedian – and enjoys nationwide success. With his often satirical and socially critical texts, he won the regional Poetry Slam championship for Berlin and Brandenburg in 2021.

Alina Schmolke

Alina Schmolke

Alina Schmolke, slam poet and author from Düsseldorf, regularly enthralls her audiences! With ease and humor, Schmolke manages to bring serious topics closer to her audiences and, among other things, reached the final of the North Rhine-Westphalian championships and is the current champion of that federal state in the U20 category.
