The application procedure for the winter semester 2022/2023 will take place in summer 2022. The application period is expected to be announced in April 2022. Please follow the instructions in the application agreement.
The Deutschlandstipendium is intended to support committed and qualified students who "have a great potential due to their previous commitment and career, taking into account social, family and personal circumstances, and who have already shown or have already provided outstanding achievements in their studies or professional life", Scholarship Regulations of the University of Bremen.
Those eligible to apply for a scholarship:
- Students of the University of Bremen who are enrolled as regular students and are studying within the standard period of study or
- have an admission/enrollment confirmation for the commencement of studies leading to a bachelor's degree, a master's degree or a state examination in law. (Applicants for study places and master's study places can submit the admission letter or confirmation of enrollment by September 15, 2022).
The scholarship is independent of BAföG or the income situation. In addition to the monthly scholarship of 300 Euros, the scholarship holders expect an attractive accompanying program. An active participation in the scholarship holder groups and interest in the exchange with the scholarship providers are expected.
