In this presentation, we will explore the basics of resilience: How can I remain healthy and capable during challenging times? In addition to facts and background knowledge about resilience and its associated areas of influence, we will also examine why a resilient mindset is so significant for each of us personally. Furthermore, those interested are invited to focus on themselves and their own actions through small self-reflective exercises.

About this Person

Judith Landwehr works as a freelance trainer, systemic consultant, and coach. Since January 2020, she has been employed as an internal personnel developer at the State and University Library Bremen. Judith holds a Master of Arts degree with a focus on Personnel and Psychology. She also completed training as a systemic consultant, supervisor, and coach at the Institute for Systemic Studies in Hamburg. Additionally, she has undergone Train-the-Trainer training at the Osterberg Institute in Niederkleveitz.
