S.V. 1860 Holiday Care
In cooperation with the sports club 1860, the university offers a holiday care program for children between the ages of 4 and 13. During the school holidays in Bremen (except Christmas holidays), every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., games, fun, and exercise are the focus of the care concept on the grounds of the Bremen 1860 association.
Daily schedule:
The day begins at 8:00 a.m. when the children arrive. Optional early and late care can be booked through the club (care times from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). After breakfast together, there are various activities such as sports, games, and crafts. Lunch is served in the club's restaurant. In the afternoon, there are more games and sports activities as well as excursions – for example, to the Botanika, the Bürgerpark, or the ice cream parlor. Pick-up time begins at 4:00 p.m.
Children of students can attend free of charge for up to 4 weeks per year.
