What is this Workshop about?

First Part: 

A theoretical part on understanding focus, personal distractions, the importance of taking breaks and how to make the most oft them.

Second Part: 

Here you and the participants will take action!

- Post-it exercise for learning how to stay focused and leave distractions outside
- The Pomodoro-Method for a better time management 
- Active break movements (desk yoga)
- Power of walking
