The aim of Workplace Health Management (WHM) is to design work in a way that promotes health. On the one hand, this involves analysing working conditions in terms of health risks and resources. On the other hand, it involves empowering employees to lead a healthy lifestyle. Healthy and motivated employees are the driving force behind a high-performing university.

From 6 January 2026, the ‘Activity Break’ will take place online as usual every Tuesday and Thursday. Further information is available on the ‘Activity Break’ website.
Webinars on the topic of “Headache Knowledge”, specifically for working professionals and students. The 10 modules (each lasting 10–15 minutes) in the series provide in-depth knowledge of the three main types of headache and how to prevent them. The password is “kwx”. START here
New psychotherapy programme at the University of Bremen: How can therapy be even more effective?
A new study by the University of Bremen is investigating how people can benefit even more from psychotherapy, for example through group therapy. Places on therapy courses will become available shortly for those interested. Further information is available here.
