Born in 1985 in Madrid (Spain), she pursued her higher education at the Complutense University of Madrid in the fields of Clinical & Health Psychology (B.Sc. 2008) and Neuroscience (M.A.S. 2010 - Thesis: "Neuropsychology: Emotion Processing in Working Memory"; Ph.D. 2015 - Thesis: "Cognitive and Functional Correlates of Mental Time Travel").

During that time, she conducted an internship at the University Clinic of Psychology and worked as a Student Assistant as well as Honorary Collaborator of the Dept. of Basic Psychology II (Cognitive Processes); assisting as a tutor and participating on projects focused on: memory, executive functions and emotional processing in normal/pathological conditions.

Since December 2021, she works as a Student Assistant at the Dept. of Neuropsychology and Behavioural Neurobiology. Her main interest is studying the role of constructive memory operations in everyday decision-making using functional neuroimaging.
