Team
The team combines scientific qualifications in the subjects of education/pedagogy, psychology, sociology, biology, and political and cultural sciences. In addition, there is a wide range of expertise in gender and anti-discrimination policy in higher education. Some staff members have qualifications in organizational consulting, coaching and career counseling. They have profound experience in the implementation of personnel and organizational development measures. The employees are actively involved in gender policy and higher education policy networks.
