Welcome to the joint website of the Diversity and Equal Opportunities Units. Together with the Office against Discrimination and Violence - Expertise and Conflict Counseling (ADE), we form the Equal Opportunities/Anti-discrimination Unit (04).
"Realizing equal opportunities and countering discrimination" is one of the University of Bremen's key objectives. We advise the university management on the implementation of gender-equitable and diversity-sensitive conditions. We offer students and academics interested in pursuing a doctorate a comprehensive range of services for gender-equitable personnel development. We are available to the entire university with our expertise and cooperate in many ways with colleagues from administration and academia.
