CARE MAKES COMPETENT - short workshop: discover strengths and exchange experiences

Tuesday 14th May - 11:00 to 11:50 AM

Presentation language: German
This event will take place online.

In this short workshop, we offer input on the topic of 'Family Competencies.' Additionally, we aim to engage in dialogue with individuals with caregiving responsibilities and help them discover their own 'informal family competencies.'

We will begin with a presentation sharing our extensive practical experiences from the university setting. Following that, we will introduce our ideas on the theme 'CARE MAKES COMPETENT' and demonstrate the wealth of family competencies.

Studies indicate that many of these family competencies have a positive impact on both career and academic pursuits. Subsequently, we will shift perspectives and accompany you in uncovering your own diverse competencies. Let yourself be surprised by what you discover!
