To care and live in families! - Now I take care of myself! Making the needs of caring parents visible

Tuesday 14th May - 12:00 to 12:50 PM

Presentation language: German
This event will take place online.

Caregiving parents often remain invisible in their burden and consequently in their solutions for the community. This presentation and exchange will provide space for the topics and experiences of caregiving parents.

The focus will be on the topic of 'Self-care for caregiving relatives' with all its ambivalences.

Together, we will explore what self-care can mean for caregiving relatives and how vicious cycles can arise and be overcome. We will also look at the possibilities in everyday life to create small islands of leisure.
