What do I need to vote?
Voter ID card - important information

In order to cast their vote in the committee and student council elections, all eligible voters need a voter ID card: students may only vote using their student ID card, which must be presented via the Campus App, where the student ID card is available both online and offline. In addition to this digital version in the Campus App, the official “replacement document for the digital student ID card” – which can be applied for via moin (application to print out a student ID card) – is also accepted.  Other documents (such as the certificate of enrolment, etc.) will NOT be accepted.

Where and when can I vote?

During election week, from 8 to 12 June 2026, you will have the opportunity to cast your vote at various locations on campus and beyond during the designated voting hours — here you can find more information on the polling stations

If you are unable to vote during election week, you can apply for postal voting in advance.

Who can I vote for?

In the committee elections, voters elect the four student representatives of the Academic Senate and the two student representatives of the respective Faculty Council. Please refer to the nominations to see which lists and individual candidates you can vote for.
