Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena

At the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena, the project work is carried out at the Faculty of Economics. Michael Wyrwich (also University of Groningen) is the head of subproject 2. Subproject 2 investigates the "legacy of the GDR innovation system" in the East German regions. The empirical analyses build on the numerous and seminal works of Michael Fritsch, who is actively involved in subproject 2. The young scientist Maria Kristalova is also involved in this subproject.
