Virtual poster format

The format is based on the format for virtual posters for the Photonics Online Meetup.

In order to ensure legibility, aspect ratio etc. on twitter the posters consist of four single images. This is how you prepare your contribution:

  1. Register until 19 August 2020.
  2. Prepare your poster according to the powerpoint template (download).
  3. Save four separate image files (*.png).
  4. Send them via email to spacematprotect me ?!uni-bremenprotect me ?!.deuntil 22 August 2020.
  5. Post them on your twitter account. Don’t forget to tag your tweet with @spacemat2020 and #spacemat2020. Please let us know if you don’t have a twitter account, we will then directly post your poster on the conference account.

Science pitch

Instead of the 5-minutes flashlight presentations we would like to encourage you to record a short video (max. 2 minutes) pitching your poster for publication on our website and twitter.
