Individual Coaching for Postdocs

Our coaching pool provides the opportunity to profit from professional consultation for all postdocs who are in their qualification phase and have a temporary contract or a fellowship at the University of Bremen. We cooperate with professionally trained coaches in different areas.

Entry conditions and registration

If you are interested in an individual coaching, please let us know by filling out this form.

After having received our confirmation, you will be able to make an appointment with our coach. BYRD will assume the larger part of the costs for up to 4,5 coaching units of 60 minutes. (Some coaches offer sessions of 90 minutes; in this case BYRD pays for the majority of 3 sessions.) You will have to pay a financial share of 20€ (plus VAT where required) for each 60-minutes-unit directly to the coach.

If the coaching takes place outside of Bremen on the coach's premises, BYRD offers the opportunity to pay for your travelling expenses.

 

You are entitled to participate in this program, if you belong to the target group (scientists holding a PhD in their qualification phase with a temporary contract or a fellowship at the University of Bremen) and agree to pay your financial share.

Your name and the content of the coaching sessions will be confidential and not forwarded to others.
For quality assurance, we would like to ask you to take part in an evaluation at the end of your coaching.
