Curriculum Vitae
Katharina Hasenlust is a PhD student in the Digital Media Lab. After a first degree at the University of the Arts (HfK) in Bremen, she developed an interest in the field of Human-Computer-Interaction. She then deepened her knowledge with a second degree in IT Systems Engineering at the Hasso Plattner Institute of the University of Potsdam. The focus of this study was on software development and modeling.
As a doctoral scholar of the Klaus-Tschira-Foundation she is now doing research in the field of digital medicine at the Digital Media Lab of the University of Bremen. The focus here is on the impact of the user interface design of mobile health applications on various aspects such as usability or user trust. Furthermore, Katharina is an associate member of the Leibniz Science Campus Digital Public Health and strives to bring in technological perspectives.
