Human integrated Swarm Exploration

Exploring Mars is one of the basic prerequisites for sustainable human settlement. Swarm exploration is currently an intensive research topic worldwide in which robots as AI agents autonomously explore Mars. In the future, humans will be part of a swarm, both physically at the site of exploration and immersively from within the habitat. This requires research on human-robot interface design with its semantic problems regarding human communication channels and on immersive swarm exploration.
