In their new article in Frontiers in Psychology, Friederike Teetzen (University of Hamburg), Katharina Klug, Holger Steinmetz (University of Trier) and Sabine Gregersen (Institution for Statutory Accident Insurance and Prevention in the Health and Welfare Services) investigated whether a healthy organizational climate predicts health-oriented leader behavior, and how this relates to employee exhaustion and job satisfaction.
