Please note that, as of April 14, 2026, it is possible to file a report or submit an application electronically for some procedures. For more information, please see our overview.

Please note that only the procedures listed there, as well as applications for academic adjustment (which have been accepted electronically since 2025), are accepted in electronic form. For all other procedures, a written application—i.e., one signed in original form and submitted on paper—is still required.

Should any changes occur, we will provide information about them on our website.
