Student Assistant (32 hours/month) starting August 1, 2024

We are looking for a student assistant to work on the DFG research project "Between Populism and Radical Democracy, Between Party and Movement: Zum diskursiven Nachleben von Platzbewegungen" (Martin Nonhoff and Seongcheol Kim). Starting August 1, 2024 with a monthly working time of 32 hours. The employment contract is limited until May 31, 2025. The tasks include support with the collection and evaluation of data on public square movements and parties in Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Germany, France and Spain; literature research and evaluation; support with publications (e.g. proofreading) and events as well as other auxiliary activities.
Applications are open to BA and MA students. We expect an interest in political theory and comparative politics (especially party and social movement research), a very good academic record, very good German and English language skills and availability from August 1, 2024.
