„Does Self-Care Make You a Better Leader? A Multisource Study Linking Leader Self-Care to Health-Oriented Leadership, Employee Self-Care, and Health“

Together with Jörg Felfe und Annika Krick (both Helmut-Schmidt-University Hamburg), Katharina Klug investigated two ways in which leaders‘ health behavior may trickle down to their employees: a) through a role-modeling effect and b) through improved leadership behavior.
