Interview with Michael Rochlitz and Gabor Steingart

"20 years Putin: Why China trumps Russia" is the title of the interview in which Gabor Steingart asks Bremen economist Michael Rochlitz questions about the economic conflict between Russia and China.

Michael Rochlitz recently published a book together with Alexander Libman from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich in which the two scientists compare the economic development processes and the reform efforts of Russia and China. The book deals primarily with the question of how the two authoritarian countries create incentive structures for economic growth in their peripheral regions.
