[Translate to English:] Tomasz Geodecki from Cracow University of Economics as a guest lecturer in Bremen

From June 10 to 16, 2018, Tomasz Geodecki is visiting the working group of Jutta Günther at the University of Bremen within the Erasmus staff mobility program.

Tomasz Geodecki is an Assistant Professor at the Cracow University of Economics and a specialist in the field of innovation economics and economic development. His research deals with questions of technological catching-up processes in emerging economies and the role of global value chains. In Bremen, Tomasz Geodecki will serve as an international guest lecturer in the master course “Innovation Economics: Empirics” and as an advisor for PhD student’s projects. During his visit, he will also engage in an exchange about innovation cooperation and networks with strategic actors of innovation policy in the Federal State of Bremen.

The working group of Jutta Günther has been cooperating with the Cracow University of Economics for several years based on a cooperation contract. This is the second visit of Tomasz Geodecki as a guest lecturer and researcher in Bremen. The visit will contribute to a further deeping of the fruitful exchange between Cracow and Bremen.
