Two papers published in the IEEE TEMS Special Issue on Strategies to reach convergence

Two papers are accepted for the Special Issue in the IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management on the topic “Strategies to reach convergence: A multiple perspectives assessment”.

In the first paper titled “Combining the analysis of vertical and horizontal technology convergence: Insights from the case of urban innovation”, Ngoc Uyen Phuong Nguyen and Martin G. Möhrle combine vertical and horizontal technology convergence levels and provide insights from the case of urban innovation.

In the second paper titled “The interplay between technology and pre-industry convergence: An analysis in the technology field of smart mobility”, Hüseyin Caferoglu and Martin G. Möhrle provide insights of the smart mobility technology field into the transition between technology convergence and industry convergence at a very early stage

Both articles largely contribute to research on convergence.
