INNcentive Workshop 2019 in Bremen

From 19 to 20 September 2019, the third workshop of the INNcentive programme for young researchers took place at BreLAB at the University of Bremen.

INNcentive is a programme jointly run by the Stifterverband and the Faculty of Business Studies and Economics to promote young innovation researchers who are writing their master or dissertation thesis on promising topics related to innovation issues. The programme serves networking, exchange and methodical further education.

This year, three new scholarship holders were accepted: Fenja Scheu (KIT), Valerie Starke (RWTH Aachen) and Thore Sören Bischoff (University of Göttingen). This year's scholarship holders and those admitted last year had the opportunity to present their work on the first day of the event. On the second day, methodological training was given on "Introduction to Experimental Economics" with Alexander Haering from the RWI - Leibniz Institute for Economic Research as a speaker. The seminar was addressed to the scholarship holders as well as to interested young scientists of the faculty. Theoretical basics and practical exercises were taught in the BreLAB experimental laboratory.

We congratulate the newly accepted scholarship holders. In 2020 an INNcentive-Workshop will be held again. We are looking forward to it.
