Office Hours

Martin Gruber works as an anthropologist and filmmaker at the Department of Anthropology and Cultural Research at the University of Bremen. Currently Martin conducts ethnographic research on the relationships between humans and honeybees in Cameroon, Japan and Germany. His PhD on collaborative filmmaking obtained from the University of Bremen in 2013 is based on fieldwork in Angola, Namibia and Botswana. Martin studied Social and Cultural Anthropology at Hamburg University as well as Visual Anthropology at Goldsmiths College London.
