Proposing a Digitalization Project for the University of Bremen

All university members can submit and implement ideas for digitization projects in a few simple steps:

1. Initiation

• Outline the project idea -Template: Projektcanvas
• Submit the idea tocdo@uni-bremen.de
• Approval by CDO in strategic coordination with the Rectorate

2. Planning

• Refine the project idea - Template: Projectdefinition and Projectplan (if approved)
• Submit the idea to cdo@uni-bremen.de
• Approval by CDO, K or Rectorate

3. Implementation

• Implementation by project team, with support from IT project management if necessary
• Approval of milestones by CDO or corresponding board

4. Completion

• Final report and approval by CDO or corresponding board (if applicable)
• Decision and measures for continuation
