The interferometer is equipped for white light scanning and monochromatic phase shift mode;
Objectives include TTM, 5x Michelson, 20x, 50x, 115x Mirau, 0.55x and 2.0x FOV multiplier tubes;
The Raman spectroscope is equipped with two lasers of continous wave (532 nm spotlaser and 785 nm line-laser); each laser can be used in normal confocality or in high confocality mode. The laser sports are about 1 micron respectively; a single 50x objective of long working distance (LWD) and a motorized stage with coordinate manager. Furthermore it contains large databases for organics, anorganics, polymers and forensics. Data reduction is usually done with Renishaw's software WiRe.Maximum sample size is about 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm;
Data reduction is usually done using SPIP software (Image Metrology) -
In-situ-MöglichkeitenTTM-Michelson-Objectives (TTM=Through Transmissive Media) allow to compensate for a specific refractive index, Temperatures, gaseous enviroments, sample stages, semi-in-situ based on a pattented system by Dr. Rolf S. Arvidson. On Raman: The long working distance of the 50x Objective allows us to focus into a liquid,

Korrelierter ArbeitsablaufCorrelated Workflow of Bruker's Contour GT-I (VSI) with the Renishaw InVia Raman. (it is possible to correlate the work with an AFM by using fiducials.)
-
Weitere UntersuchungsmöglichkeitenOn VSI: thick film measurements, stitching of FOVs On Raman: several map geometries, depth slice, line map and stitchable FOVs for larger maps
