Accompanist: Stefanie Adler

Stefanie Adler had her first piano lessons at the age of seven. From 1990 - 1997 she studied at the Musikschule Bremen under Mathias Schmidt. Stefanie Adler then went on to study music for schools at the University of Bremen, where piano was her instrument specialty (under Claudia Birkholz). Within the frame of her studies, in 1998 she began playing the oboe; here, her teacher was Gregor Daul (Bremen Philharmonic Orchestra).

In 2002 she took part as accompanist and musical assistant in a production for the Bremen Shakespeare Company of Schubert’s Winterreise directed by J. Biganzoli.
Today, Stefanie Adler teaches at an elementary school, where she is class teacher. Beside her work at school, her heart and soul is in the piano accompaniment of singers. Since 2007, Stefanie Adler is adjunct lecturer for piano accompaniment of the University of Bremen Choir.
