For additional qualification, we regularly offer information and events in extracurricular competences. All of the Career Center's offers are aimed exclusively at students, graduates, doctoral candidates, academic staff and academic employees with temporary positions, as well as alumni of the University of Bremen.
The events are held by the staff of the Career Center or in cooperation with external lecturers. Our lecturers do not take exams and do not award grades!
For some workshops we recommend credit points (CP). The credit points are recognised by your department or subject. You will find our recommendations for the number of CP in the title of the respective course. If you would like to have the CP credited by your examination office, please fill out a certificate of attendance and send it to the Career Center to be signed and stamped!
All workshops for which we issue certificates (C) are marked with C in the title line. If nothing is indicated in the title line, we do not recommend Credit Points for this event or issue certificates for it!
All events - including those from previous years - can be found in the Central Course Catalog under Interdisciplinary Study Programmes | Career Center. The English titles of the events can be found on the English-language version of our website and under the German-language titles of our events in the Central Event Directory. You can find our e-learning moduleshere and, of course, at ELIAS in StudIP.
A university mail account is required for our events with registration procedures via StudIP. The Uni-Mail account is currently valid for 18 months after exmatriculation. After exmatriculation or after the 18 months, graduates can register with the Alumni Association and will then receive a university mail account again. Current information on this topic can be found here: https://www.uni-bremen.de/zfn/ihr-uni-account/weitere-infos-zum-uni-account/account-nach-verlassen-der-uni-bremen.
Here you will find an overview of our events by category and here you can find detailed descriptions of the events (on the german website) as well as an overview of the calendar (on the german website).more
