Andreas Könsgen obtained his doctoral degree in electrical engineering at University of Bremen. He works in the ComNets department as a postdoctoral researcher where his current research interests are wireless underground sensor networks (WUSN), in particular the development and application of the MoleNet platform.

Thenuka Karunathilake completed his Master's degree in Communication and Information Technology at the University of Bremen, and currently, he is working at the Sustainable Communication Networks department as a Research assistant. His research is focused on Vehicular Networks, specifically in Collective Perception Services, to improve vehicular safety.

Saurabh Band completed his M.Sc. in Embedded Systems, in 2021, at TU Chemnitz. He is currently working as a Research Assistant at Department of Sustainable Communication Networks (ComNets) at University of Bremen. His research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) and Machine Learning Applications. He is currently working in the direction of Fault Detection and Diagnosis in IoT, where the goal is to enable different components of IoT to self-monitor with help of pattern recognition.
