Malte Windeler is active in trademark, design, competition and copyright law. He mainly advises on the registration of industrial property rights, their defense in proceedings before the German and EU offices and in infringement proceedings.He also conducts national and international trademark searches.

Malte Windeler studied law at the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg and the Universitetet i Bergen (Norway) with a special focus on intellectual property law. He also completed a master’s program in business law (LL.M. oec.).

He then passed the second state examination at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Bremen.

Malte Windeler has been with BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT since 2022, where he contributes his expertise to advising clients on complex IP matters and supporting their intellectual property strategies.
